Our client, a respected behavioral health organization in Clifton, NJ, is looking for an HR Generalist who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and helping people navigate complex situations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
This organization is known for its peer support programs, connecting individuals in recovery with specialists who have walked a similar path. That mission extends to their employees, too. HR is viewed as a trusted partner, and you'll play an important role in creating a positive employee experience.
You'll work directly with an experienced HR Director who believes in mentorship, collaboration, and giving people the support they need to grownot micromanagement.
