Salary: $125,000 - 215,000 per year
Requirements:
- We look for 5 to 10+ years of experience in software development, ServiceNow, or IT.
- We require a bachelors, masters, or MBA in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a STEM field.
- We need deep experience with ServiceNow using CI/CD, test automation, and/or DevSecOps practices.
- We value strong administrative discipline and engineering rigor.
- We expect experience validating ServiceNow and integrated systems through end-to-end and regression testing.
- We need excellent troubleshooting and solution design capabilities.
- We require experience with cloud architecture and systems design, with AWS preferred and Azure acceptable.
- We look for strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- We expect familiarity with Agile methods.
- We require the ability to break down work accurately into Jira stories.
- We need experience with DevOps tools such as Foreman, Terraform, Jenkins, and GitLab.
- We expect experience with Selenium and automated test plan creation for security and functional requirements.
- We require knowledge of customer security requirements and associated processes.
- We look for experience maintaining and supporting ServiceNow components.
- We require experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Flow Designer, and Software Asset Management (SAM).

Responsibilities:
- We create, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow infrastructure and related APIs for customer applications in an AWS cloud environment.
- We build and maintain complex roles and permissions within ServiceNow to protect data integrity and security.
- We use DevSecOps tooling such as Foreman, GitLab, and Selenium to deploy, upgrade, and sustain platform changes.
- We architect and maintain IdAM, Active Directory, and LDAP resources integrated with ServiceNow.
- We operate within complex modern cloud architectures.
- We produce and refresh technical documentation, including user guides, how-to guides, and infrastructure diagrams.
- We prepare technical presentations for government stakeholders and senior leadership.
- We collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- We develop automated testing plans.
- We support infrastructure across Linux and Windows environments.
- We communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, management, and customers.
- We apply strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- We bring engineering rigor to configuration management and testing.
- We contribute as members of an Agile Scrum development team.
