This role presents an exciting opportunity for a passionate baker to further develop their career within one of Ireland's most prestigious hospitality destinations.Working alongside an exceptional team of chefs and bakers, you will play a key role in creating and delivering a range of high-quality artisan breads, viennoiserie, breakfast bakery items, and specialty baked goods that reflect the luxury standards and culinary excellence for which Adare Manor is renowned.The RoleAs Chef de Partie - Bakery, you will take ownership of your designated section within the bakery, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained throughout production and service. You will:Prepare and present artisan breads, viennoiserie, breakfast bakery items, and specialty baked goods to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.Take responsibility for your section, ensuring it is fully prepared and organised each day.Support Senior Bakery Chefs in the smooth day-to-day running of the bakery.Assist in training and mentoring Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties.Contribute ideas and creativity to seasonal bakery offerings and specialty bread creations.Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance are maintained at all times.Work collaboratively with the wider culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who is passionate about bakery, eager to learn, and committed to developing their culinary career within a high-performing team.About YouWe are looking for a Chef de Partie - Bakery who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
