Install commercial HVAC systems on new construction, retrofit, tenant improvement, and renovation projects
Install rooftop units up to 25 tons, split systems, ductwork, fittings, and related HVAC equipment
Complete installations for apartment complexes, light commercial buildings, and residential projects as needed
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and installation specifications
Work closely with project managers, shop fabrication, and fellow installers to keep projects on schedule
Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site while representing the company with customers and contractors
Support both commercial and residential installation work as business needs require

3+ years of HVAC installation experience required
Strong commercial HVAC installation experience required
Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment
Willingness and ability to perform commercial installation work
Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and installation plans
EPA Certification required
Professional communication and conduct when interacting with customers and job site personnel
Valid driver's license
Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to safely lift equipment and perform the physical duties required for HVAC installation work
