The Proposal Writer plays a critical role in supporting Citian's business development and proposal efforts. This position combines traditional proposal coordination responsibilities, such as organizing submissions, tracking requirements, and managing proposal assets, with some hands-on content development and technical writing. The Proposal Writer will work closely with proposal staff, subject matter experts, and company leadership to develop and write persuasive, compliant, and high-quality proposals for public sector clients. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, strong written communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
