You'll meet with homeowners to review utility bills, assess energy needs, and present tailored solar solutions. As a trusted advisor, you'll educate customers on tax incentives and financing options, address concerns, and guide their decisions. Throughout the process, from contract to installation, you'll stay connected with customers to ensure a smooth experience.In order to do this, you'll need the following:Valid driver's license and reliable transportation1+ years of renewable energy sales experience or equivalent proven sales successComfortable navigating smartphones, tablets, and CRM toolsActive Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration with the CSLB or willing to register immediatelyResilience, determination, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn obstacles into opportunities are preferred.OUR COMPANYOur company was started in 1974 and is completely family-owned.
