Job Title: Maintenance Hotel/Department: Maintenance
Job Objective: Perform general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
*Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Climbing, reading, standing for entire shift, walking and routinely lifting 25 lbs to 75 lbs-occasionally lifting over 75 lbs.
Work Environment: Work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential functions of this job. The employee should be able to move around and work with others in a small, confined area. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
