This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. Job Summary and Mission The eCommerce Strategy Specialist is a key contributor on the cross-functional eCommerce team. The team's purpose is to accelerate Nutrition eCommerce growth and share by identifying and executing strategic opportunities with customers. The eCommerce Specialist will support this objective understanding the digital landscape across assortment, pricing and promotional activity, and share-of-search, and will turn data and shopper insights into action by spearheading workstreams that will enable us to win Online.
Key Responsibilities
- Insights and Analytics: Proactively leverage data and insights to understand the Online category landscape, identify business drivers and provide solution recommendations. Be a subject matter expert for all Omni data and insight capabilities, knowing how to leverage each to their fullest extent to answer key business questions. Collaborate with field teams and broader NUSA to ensure Online data and reporting accuracy. Size eCommerce category opportunities and initiatives to prioritize and roadmap strategy. Regularly measure and report category share results/gaps and provide recommendations. Develop process for post-analytics to quantify and prioritize eCommerce strategies. Focus on continuous improvement in how we assess and understand the digital landscape.
- Digital Shelf Excellence: Own and optimize the end-to-end digital shelf ecosystem, ensuring every product is discoverable, conversion-ready, compliant, and positioned to win across the omnichannel shopper journey. Serve as the digital shelf lead for innovation launches and renovations. Partner with Brand, Product Information, Regulatory, and Sales teams to ensure launch readiness. Manage launch timelines and retailer onboarding requirements. Ensure all digital assets are available in advance of first ship dates. Responsible for digital shelf performance monitoring inclusive of availability, search performance, PDP health, image accuracy, ratings and reviews, Digital Shelf Score (DSS). Partner with eCommerce and Retail Media teams to improve organic search performance. Identify performance gaps and root causes. Recommend corrective actions and monitor resolutions.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Identify and spearhead cross-functional workstreams on assortment, pricing, and content. Regularly connect with the Field, Brand, and Commercial Development on Online performance and business needs; bubble-up opportunities to refine our strategic roadmap. Partner with field teams on strategic projects and customer presentations, enabling Nutrition to build credibility and influence as the digital authority.
- Forward-Looking Strategy: Gather industry eCommerce best practices and benchmark Nutrition to other leading CPGs. Stay connected with NUSA eCommerce counterparts to share learnings. Stay attune to new capabilities in-market to flag competitive edge opportunities. Collaborate with Market Analytics to plan and deliver shopper insights projects.
Qualification/Certifications: University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 2-3 years of related work experience. Category management or business analytics role preferred. eCommerce experience preferred. Strong technical skills and expertise with analytics. Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Analytical experience with Circana, Stackline and/or other syndicated data preferred.

The approximate pay range for this position is $80,000 $95,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
