Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Salesforce Web Developer (Experience Cloud & Lightning Web Components) on behalf of our client in a Hybrid location. This role is ideal for a talented Salesforce developer with strong frontend development expertise and a passion for creating modern, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences. The successful candidate will design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce web applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.

• Build and enhance customer-facing solutions within Salesforce Experience Cloud.

• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready Salesforce interfaces.

• Create responsive applications optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Implement user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to ensure consistency and usability.

• Integrate Salesforce applications with backend services, REST APIs, and external platforms.

• Optimize frontend performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, including ADA and WCAG guidelines.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Technical Architects.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, deployment activities, and Agile development processes.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and frontend best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience developing applications on the Salesforce platform.

• Strong hands-on expertise with:

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Aura Components

  • Visualforce

  • Salesforce Experience Cloud

  • Salesforce Sites

• Experience integrating Salesforce solutions using Apex and Salesforce APIs.

• Strong proficiency in:

  • JavaScript

  • TypeScript

  • HTML5

  • CSS3

  • Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)

• Experience building responsive, mobile-friendly web applications.

• Strong understanding of browser compatibility, frontend optimization, and debugging techniques.

• Experience working with REST APIs and web service integrations.

• Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.

• Experience using browser developer tools such as Chrome DevTools.

• Ability to interpret and implement UI/UX designs from Figma.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Analytics integration and web analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with Postman for API testing and validation.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and governance.

• Experience building reusable component libraries and scalable frontend architectures.

• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
