RKB Holdings LLC is looking for motivated Full Cycle Sales Representatives to join our growing field sales team.
In this role, you'll work directly with customers in your assigned territory, build relationships, understand their needs, present solutions, and guide them through the sales process from the first conversation to the final agreement.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face sales, working independently, and building their own success through consistent effort.
As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll take ownership of the customer experience and sales process.
Meet with potential customers in their homes and communities.
Introduce and present our products and services in a professional and engaging way.
Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs.
Build trust and establish strong relationships with potential customers.
Explain product benefits and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
Answer questions and address customer concerns professionally.
Handle objections and confidently guide customers toward a purchasing decision.
Negotiate and close sales from initial conversation through signed agreement.
Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
Manage your daily schedule and sales activities within your assigned territory.
Consistently work toward individual sales and activity goals.

This is a performance-driven sales opportunity with significant earning potential.
Top performers can earn $75,000–$110,000 annually.

This is a full-time, field-based sales position.
You will:
Travel throughout your assigned sales territory.

Because this is a field sales position, candidates should be comfortable walking for extended periods and working outdoors in different weather conditions.
