Position Overview
As a Sr. Reconditioning Associate II, you will play a vital role in ensuring every vehicle meets our paint and cosmetic standards before reaching our customers. This position involves performing advanced paint application, minor repairs, sanding, grinding, and paint preparation. You'll also support related reconditioning duties as needed, contributing to a team that values precision, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise helps deliver vehicles that meet standards-creating an exceptional experience for every customer.

Associates that are considered full-time hourly or commission/incentive eligible:
Associates considered full-time salaried are entitled to paid time away with no specified limit as needed for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc. subject to manager approval.
