BeeHive Homes of Broken ArrowCertified Medication Aide (CMA) – Overnight ShiftBeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and caring Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our family-style assisted living and memory care community.Please Note: This position requires a current Oklahoma CMA certification; however, the primary responsibilities for this shift will be CNA duties and direct resident care.ShiftFull-TimeWednesday–Sunday11:00 PM – 7:00 AMWhat You'll DoProvide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-beingAssist with toileting, repositioning, and incontinence care every 2 hoursComplete walking rounds and check on residents throughout the shiftAssist residents with personal hygiene and overnight care needsAnswer call lights promptly and provide attentive resident careDocument resident care accuratelyReport changes in residents' condition to the appropriate supervisorMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environmentWork as part of a supportive team to create a positive, home-like atmosphereQualificationsCurrent Oklahoma CMA certification requiredCPR/First Aid certification requiredMust be willing and able to perform CNA/direct-care dutiesCompassionate, dependable, and reliableExperience with dementia or memory care is a plusAbility to work independently while providing exceptional resident careStrong communication and teamwork skillsWhy Join BeeHive Homes?Competitive paySet scheduleSupportive team environmentFamily-style workplaceOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residentsA team that values compassion, teamwork, and quality resident careIf you're a CMA who enjoys hands-on resident care and wants to be part of a team that truly values compassion and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you!Apply today and become part of the BeeHive Homes family!
