Valley Professionals Community Health Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for our Clinton office. Valley Professionals is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in several locations throughout west-central Indiana. Valley Professionals offers excellent benefits, including: CMA Base hourly of $18.00-25.56 LPN Basely hourly of $23.03-30.42 Health, dental, and vision insurance with Health and Flexible Savings Account options Employer paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability Generous paid time off 8 paid holidays (separate from PTO) 403b Retirement plan with 6% match after 1 year of employment Tuition reimbursement up to $4,000 per year Qualified for Public Student Loan Forgiveness Job duties: Providing professional nursing services and patient care, including but not limited to, patient assessment, taking vitals, and assisting the provider with minor procedures. In addition, this position will assist in answering phone calls, scheduling patients and checking-in patients in an office setting.
