Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Park Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of residents' physical and cognitive abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized treatment plans

• Design and implement occupational therapy interventions to enhance residents' daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive function

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized plans to address residents' medical and functional needs

• Educate and empower residents and their families on self-care techniques, adaptive equipment, and strategies for maintaining independence

• Document resident progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team and family members

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 0 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
