Job Summary
Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to support sensory evaluation processes in a dynamic laboratory environment in Modesto, CA. Under direct supervision, you will help prepare samples and rooms for discrimination panels, bench tastings, and wine-style product-guidance training events. You’ll also ensure the sensory laboratory and supply rooms are organized and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sensory samples and set up rooms for panels, tastings, and training events.
- Assist with conducting sample presentation and maintaining event flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sensory laboratory and supply rooms.
- Replenish and track sensory lab supplies as needed.
- Follow prescribed protocols to support accurate and efficient sensory evaluations.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to keep workspaces clean and compliant.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Keen attention to cleanliness and organization.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights throughout your shift.
- Eagerness to support a collaborative and food/beverage-focused work environment.
