We are expanding and looking for
People-focused professionals who want to build a long-term career in financial services. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in customer service, sales, coaching, or leadership who are ready to grow into a financial professional through a structured training and mentorship program.
You will be trained to help families and individuals with important financial decisions such as protection planning, retirement strategies, and long-term financial goals. No prior experience in financial services is required; We provide training, support, and a clear development path.
There is strong growth potential for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, and willing to put in consistent effort.

The role consists of helping a wide range of clientele with full-fledged financial planning and consulting. Consultants typically start with us on a limited part-time basis, with potential for leadership advancement.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $95,000 yearly

Qualifications:
Experience in financial planning or a related field is a plus but not required.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to create personalized financial plans.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to clients.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a proactive team player.
Interest in continuous learning and professional development within the financial industry.
