| Unit Specifics: · Number of Beds : 23 · Patient Ratios : 1:4, 1:5 · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit Secretary and PCTs · Type of equipment : traction, fixators, cooling equipment · Documentation system: Meditech · Scheduling requirements: 3 12s, 3 weekend shifts per schedule period · Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float. Would float to the other MedSurg level of care units (General MS, Nephrology, Neuro/Trauma) · Patient Experience requirements: Bedside shift report, hourly rounding Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: Level 1 Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center | |
