RENU Windows is looking for enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our growing team. No previous sales experience is required ,we provide professional training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills you need to succeed.
You'll connect with homeowners in local communities, introduce them to RENU Windows, and help identify homeowners who may be interested in upgrading their homes.

Connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods through face-to-face conversations.
Introduce RENU Windows and create interest in our window replacement solutions.
Ask questions to understand homeowners' needs and determine their level of interest.
Schedule appointments for our Marketing Directors.
Maintain consistent daily activity and work toward performance goals.
Track your activities and appointments accurately.
Participate in training and coaching to continuously improve your communication and sales skills.
Represent RENU Windows professionally in the community.
This role focuses on starting conversations and creating opportunities not high-pressure selling.
You don't need a sales background to be successful. We're looking for people who are:

Valid driver's license.

Ability to work in local neighborhoods and engage with homeowners in person.
This is a commission-based sales opportunity with significant earning potential.
$75,000–$150,000+ potential annual earnings
