Maintenance Supervisor (41771)

Hertz is seeking a driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead fleet maintenance operations, oversee a team of maintenance employees, and help keep our vehicles road-ready and available for customers.

Salary: $50,000/year + incentives + company vehicle

Location: 568 N. Madrid Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64153

What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate maintenance team members to achieve service and fleet goals.
• Oversee vehicle repairs, preventative maintenance, and warranty work.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to maximize fleet availability.
• Communicate daily priorities and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Support safe, compliant, and cost-effective fleet operations.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet operations.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and administrative skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
