Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Industrial Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience working with technical construction programs/projects. 5 years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, or field roles. Experience with cost management, cost planning and estimation, negotiation, or project procurement.
Preferred qualifications: 7 years of experience in data center construction.

Your knowledge of construction project planning and ability to drive efficient delivery approaches will be key to ensure projects are delivered on time that meet our business needs. You will lead, collaborate, and communicate with our tier one and two supply chain to create compliant and efficient schedules that meet the business objective and serve as effective planning tools that guide daily, weekly and monthly tasks. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
