Job description
PrideStaff is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a company located in the Colton, CA. This is a full-time position with potential for hire. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
  • Pay Rate: $17.00 to $18.00
  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities include:
  • Answering and managing phone calls to direct phone line only
  • Responding to emails
  • Entering and processing customer orders
  • Assisting customers with questions and requests
  • Following up with customers as needed
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Comfortable communicating by phone and email
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity and interested in growing with the company
