We are a rapidly growing company that specializes in providing top-notch accounting and financial services to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Lead to join our team on a remote basis.

Job Description:

As the Remote Accounts Payable Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the accounts payable process for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports. You will also be responsible for managing a team of accounts payable specialists and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the accounts payable process for multiple clients

- Review and process invoices, payments, and expense reports

- Ensure timely and accurate payment of all invoices

- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies

- Manage a team of accounts payable specialists

- Provide training and support to team members

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures

- Experience managing a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
