The Delta Marriott Philadelphia Airport Hotel is hiring a Front Office Supervisor. The hotel's front office supervisor manages daily reception and guest service operations. They lead front desk staff, handle guest complaints, train team members, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure high satisfaction and smooth shift execution.
Responsibilities:
Supervise check-in and check-out processes.
Resolve escalated guest issues and complaints.
Train and mentor front desk agents.
Create staff work and shift schedules.
Coordinate room assignments and VIP requests.
Balance cash drawers, review billing, and manage financial transactions.
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior customer service or front desk experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of property management systems (PMS).
Ability to multitask under pressure.
Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays.
