Job Description
PrideStaff is hiring IMMEDIATELY for multiple warehouse and general labor openings to support a busy seasonal agricultural facility in the Richvale, CA area! This peak production season runs through November, with opportunities for high performers to be extended into long-term temp-to-hire positions or invited back for the spring season.

Available Openings & Key Responsibilities
1. Pit Personnel (10–12 Hour AM Shifts)
Direct trucks safely onto the unloading pit and ensure drivers exit cabs prior to unloading.
Monitor pit capacity levels and guide truck drivers to appropriate unloading locations.
Open/close pit gates and utilize socket wrenches to operate truck slide gates.
Sweep and maintain clean pit areas, removing debris and tripping hazards.
Assist with interior dryer cleaning and general warehouse tasks as directed.
2. Warehouse Personnel (Up to 12-Hour Shifts / 24-Hour Facility Operations)
Work from catwalks to adjust and maneuver spouts on auger discharge openings.
Use specialized tools (shovels/slingers) to evenly distribute stored rice across warehouse spaces.
Coordinate with carriage operators to move cross-belts and maintain balanced pile levels.
Note: Requires walking atop piled materials and working at elevated heights on catwalks comfortably.
3. Clean-Up Crew (8-Hour AM & PM Shifts)
Perform general facility sanitation across dryer areas, control rooms, offices, and yards.
Operate industrial motorized sweepers and ground cleaning equipment.
Ensure all processing areas remain orderly, safe, and hazard-free.
Requirements & Qualifications
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physically demanding manual labor throughout full 8- to 12-hour shifts in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
Height Comfort: Comfort working on elevated catwalks and piled materials (for warehouse roles).
Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours, overtime, and weekend shifts as seasonal production demands.

Able to provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
