Content Developer: I (Junior) - NA

Come make a difference in a company that's changing the world. In this role, you and work closely with HR Program Managers, Service Delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure Knowledge Base and Intranet content is relevant, accurate, and AI-compatible. Responsibilities include:
Support the transfer of HR content between platforms to align to our content strategy and AI readiness strategy
Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to review their content and provide feedback on their AI readiness
Support maintenance of content in ServiceNow, including reviewing reports, informing content owners about the health of their content, and making updates where needed
Create and review content in alignment with our knowledge roadmap and AI readiness strategy
Implement knowledge management best practices

Yes, but Emilie is based in Europe, so east coast is preferred as it is easier to connect with.

Why is this position open at this point in time, what will this be driving?
Broader context is there is a lot of information, documentation, from an HR perspective that is either not documented or not documented well. There HR strategy is enabling self-service through AI tools, and right now there is a very small team to get this done.
They need to accelerate. There is a lot to move, and they don’t have the capacity to get it to move with the current team.
AI ready - certain AI tools they are trying to align the content to?
Most AI tools have the same criteria, current goal is to make it fit for SNOW. Framework they work with is the same for IBM and RH, so no matter who they make the content ready for, it will all be the same.
