At CVS Health, you'll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.

Position Summary: Lead Director, Product Analytics, is responsible for shaping the analytics strategy and portfolio measurement approach for new and enhanced payor-focused products and capabilities. This role drives consistency in how products are measured, valued, and reported across the portfolio, ensuring each product has a clear actuarial value story, client reporting approach, and internal performance measurement framework. Serving as a cross-functional leader across actuaries, analytics and behavior change, client reporting teams, and product owners, this role sets strategic direction, priorities, and requirements while orchestrating aligned execution across teams.

**The position may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US depending on candidate location and commute to a hub location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive a consistent product analytics strategy across the payor product portfolio, ensuring products have aligned approaches to actuarial value, client reporting, and internal measurement
  • Establish portfolio-level standards and priorities for how product performance is measured, reported, and translated into business value
  • Partner with product owners, actuaries, analytics and behavior change, client reporting teams, and leadership to align analytics priorities and portfolio direction
  • Serve as a strategic liaison across teams to translate product priorities into clear analytics requirements, asks, and execution needs
  • Guide cross-functional alignment on priorities, dependencies, and sequencing related to actuarial analysis, client reporting, and internal measurement
  • Drive consistency in how product value, reporting outputs, and performance measures are defined and represented across the portfolio
  • Influence development of measurement frameworks, reporting approaches, value stories, and supporting materials that improve clarity, comparability, and decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve how products are evaluated, reported, and monitored across the broader portfolio
  • Support strategic initiatives across the product organization that strengthen analytics quality, reporting consistency, and cross-functional orchestration
  • Monitor measurement effectiveness, reporting needs, and performance signals to inform future prioritization and analytics direction

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, product analytics, healthcare analytics, measurement strategy, reporting strategy, or related leadership roles
  • Strong experience in payor-focused products, healthcare solutions, analytics environments, or closely related market segments
  • Proven ability to define strategic direction for measurement, reporting, or analytics across complex products or portfolios
  • Experience working across actuarial, analytics, client reporting, and product teams to align measurement and reporting priorities
  • Demonstrated success leading highly matrixed work across multiple teams with distinct technical accountabilities
  • Strong strategic and systems thinking skills, with the ability to connect product-level measures to portfolio-level impact
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • Ability to influence without direct ownership and drive alignment across multiple teams with different responsibilities
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills

Success Profile:

  • A strong portfolio mindset around analytics consistency and comparability
  • Deep appreciation for how actuarial value, client reporting, and internal measurement work together to define product performance
  • The ability to connect product, analytics, and reporting into a single strategic framework
  • Strong judgment in balancing business priorities, measurement rigor, and cross-functional realities
  • Executive presence and the ability to set direction across a broad stakeholder set
  • A disciplined, orchestration-oriented approach to turning complexity into aligned action

What Success Looks Like:

  • Products across the portfolio have clearer and more consistent approaches to actuarial value, client reporting, and internal measurement
  • Cross-functional teams have clearer direction on priorities, requirements, and sequencing tied to analytics and reporting needs
  • Product value stories are more coherent, measurable, and comparable across the portfolio
  • Internal stakeholders experience this role as a strong integrator across analytics strategy, prioritization, and execution
  • The broader product organization benefits from stronger analytics discipline, reporting consistency, and portfolio-level measurement clarity

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
