BridgeWater Senior Living is currently seeking a Maintenance Director to maintain and upkeep the community including building, grounds and all engineering. Coordinates and performs housekeeping services to assure a high standard of cleanliness both inside and outside the building. Supervises the maintenance staff and housekeepers and may be required to supervise other staff positions.
