Youll play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of PC-based test platforms and control solutions that support innovation and reliability in industrial applications. Key Responsibilities:Design and develop custom test systems and industrial control solutions Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to bring new control technologies to market Support full product lifecycle from concept through deployment, including hardware and software integration Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing control systems for performance and reliability Document system designs and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: Qualifications:*Education:* Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science *Experience:* Minimum of 4 years of experience in PC-based software development for industrial or commercial control/test systems *Technical Skills:* Proficient with LabVIEW for test system development Strong experience in system-level design, integration, and testing Advanced PC operations and understanding of hardware/software interfacing Preferred: Microcontroller development using Assembly and/or C/C++ Preferred: Familiarity with real-time data acquisition, sensor integration, and automated testing protocols *Certifications:* None required; relevant LabVIEW or NI certifications are a plus *Soft Skills:* Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail Effective communicator and team collaborator Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic engineering environment Why is This a Great Opportunity: Why Join Us?Youll be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation, technical excellence, and collaboration.
