Clinical rotations take place at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport and Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, complemented by longitudinal outpatient training in residency continuity clinics located in Bridgeport, Winsted, and surrounding communities. This broad clinical footprint exposes residents to a diverse patient population and equips them to practice confidently in both urban and rural settings.

Position Highlights

• Lead and oversee all aspects of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
• Practice and administrative leadership based in Bridgeport, Connecticut
• Dedicated administrative time to support educational leadership and program development
• Guide resident education across inpatient, outpatient, community, and rural clinical settings
• Recruit, mentor, and support residents and faculty
• Collaborate closely with Hartford HealthCare, St. Vincent's Medical Center, Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, and Quinnipiac University leadership
• Drive curriculum innovation, quality improvement initiatives, and scholarly activity
• Support accreditation readiness and continuous program excellence
