Buckingham Search is partnering with a highly regarded global organization to hire a Leadership & Professional Development Coordinator.
This role sits at the center of the company's employee learning efforts, helping transform development ideas into polished, well-executed experiences. You will keep programs moving, connect the right people, anticipate what could fall through the cracks, and improve the systems behind the work.
It is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person who makes everything come together - especially in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment.
This is in office 4 days a week in downtown Chicago.
The Opportunity
You will support a broad portfolio of employee development initiatives, including leadership programs, professional skills training, onboarding, technical learning, and companywide events.
