The Sicilian Butcher is looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior
Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing efforts
across all channels. This role is a hands-on leadership position responsible
for shaping brand marketing, driving creative storytelling, and executing
impactful campaigns that fuel growth, profitability, and brand relevance. The
Senior Marketing Manager will oversee everything from digital and social media
strategy to PR collaboration, creative development, and go-to-market
initiatives—playing a key role in bringing our bold, high-energy brand to life
in existing markets and new openings alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's
  Degree in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of
  relevant marketing experience
• 3+ years of
  successful and progressive management experience
• Experience
  in content, SEO, email, loyalty programs, and paid ads
• Experience
  and knowledge in segmentation, data analytics, attribution, optimization
• Proficient
  in Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite, CRMs, loyalty software
• Experience mentoring Jr. Marketing teams

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution
  of integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with
  campaign goals and objectives


• Develop and maintain
  well-organized marketing and content calendars


• Develop promotions and offers


• Own marketing project management
  and marketing operations


• Collaborate with brand
  leadership, restaurant operations, and in-store teams on planning and
  implementation of brand initiatives, new menu rollouts, product launches,
  and grand openings


• Partner with Savory marketing
  leadership on marketing strategy; own implementation within the brand


• Partner with Savory marketing
  leadership on new restaurant openings


• Conduct market research and competitor
  analysis


• Stay up to date with industry and
  cultural trends to ensure brand relevance


• Help shape The Sicilian Butchers marketing, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, frequency, and revenue
  growth


• Brainstorm compelling campaign
  ideas and bring the vision to life across customer touchpoints


• Collaborate with the creative
  team to design on-brand assets that drive performance


• Oversee creative development for omnichannel
  marketing content


• Present the marketing calendar to
  cross-functional teams quarterly to ensure seamless rollouts


• Provide mentorship and guidance
  for the overall marketing team


• Work with PR team to on earned
  and paid media opportunities


• Attend networking and charitable
  events, on-site and off-site events


• Share monthly marketing
  performance reports and insights in the business review

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Position requires qualified
individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend
and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50
pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various
weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods
of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard
with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car,
air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function
effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work
responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose
prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect
the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular
