Responsibilities Riverside Medical Center Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Summary Responsible for coordinating risk management activities, including incident reporting, claims management, litigation support, and policy administration. Serves as the facility's ADA Coordinator and acts as a liaison between physicians, legal counsel, and insurance carriers. Maintains the policy and procedure database to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Access, and Excel. Medical training background preferred. Risk Management experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses & Registrations: LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) license preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to work effectively with physicians, leadership, employees, and external partners. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
