As the Manager of the Learning Innovation and Architecture (LIA) team, you will serve as the leader of Global Business Organization Education's (GBOedu's) internal Research and Development ("R&D Lab") and central Design Center of Excellence (COE). You will operate at the intersection of learning, technology, and AI, responsible for defining and architecting the modern learning frontier for GBO. You will lead a specialized team tasked with finding "concept-market fit" for next-generation learning. You will set the "North Star" learner user journeys, establish the overarching technical architecture required to power personalized and AI-driven learning, pilot cutting-edge in-the-flow learning tools, and design the proficiency and badging ecosystems necessary to prove capability development to drive business outcomes.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $186000 - $269000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.
