Job Details 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Experience overseeing projects from mobilization through final completion and closeout. Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, plans, specifications, and sequencing. Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and daily site activities. Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and coordinating work to keep projects on track. Strong knowledge of site safety practices, OSHA standards, and quality-control procedures. Ability to conduct subcontractor coordination meetings, safety meetings, and project inspections. Experience reviewing drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Ability to identify scheduling, quality, and field issues and proactively develop solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders. Experience with Procore or other construction management software is a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Valid driver's license.
