Systems Analyst II

Job Overview: Pay Range: $60.00hr - $71.00hr Requirement/Must Have: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Thorough working knowledge of specific organizational business areas. Ability to maintain a deep understanding of complex products, systems, and underlying business processes. Proficiency in utilizing programming language/coding to define and implement system goals. Responsibilities: Analyze, design, maintain, and implement various systems within the organization to meet business needs and desired outcomes. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improvement. Support all current applications and participate in new application initiatives to replace legacy technologies. Generate reports from various systems and provide analysis to the executive team and other departments to identify business insights. Advise the Chief Financial Officer of technical solutions and anticipate downstream implications of system changes. Administer resources including integrations and toolsets that support various system applications. Assist with the implementation of purchased software applications, including documentation of requirements, process flows, and project timelines. Translate organizational needs into product backlogs, user stories, and requirements to optimize business value. Ensure quality and integrity of data from multiple sources and generate ad-hoc reports. Work collaboratively across all lines of business and departments with a positive attitude. Coordinate and link systems within the organization to increase compatibility and information sharing. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills: Systems Analysis. System Design. Report Generation.
