Job Summary
We need a sharp, energetic, emotionally intelligent person who will help us build the high-performance, customer-service-driven culture our company is currently lacking. This candidate will be a highly organized professional who takes ownership, anticipates needs, solves problems, and keeps people and priorities moving.


Responsibilities
  • Think ahead instead of waiting for instructions.
  • Is passionate about creating raving-fan customer experiences.
  • Turn conversations into organized action plans.
  • Learn new technology independently.
  • Contribute to company reports.
  • Self-starter a must.
  • Protect the owner's time and focus.
  • Help build Playbooks using Scaleable system.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree.
  • Previous experience working with Founders.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Goggle sheets and Mac computer.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
