We are seeking a dedicated, strong leader with 5 to 6 years of experience, robust knowledge of long-term EEGs and IONM, and active board credentials (CNIM preferred) to guide our monitoring team, drive clinical excellence, and foster a supportive environment. This position is responsible for providing programmatic management of neurodiagnostic testing and monitoring for the Neurophysiology department. The Manager is accountable for program advancement, personnel management, quality assessment, operational and financial direction of diagnostic services as well as the day-to-day operations of the Neurophysiology department through implementation of strategy, policy, direction and action plans. The incumbent will manage the ongoing analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions. Accountable for driving preeminence throughout the assigned area. Preeminence is being acknowledged as a leader in quality, clinical care, education and research by your peers. Acts as a partner of the IU Health leadership team and participates in the strategic planning and the attainment of goals for area of responsibility.
