Founded in 2007, DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago's Loop. We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Consultant to support process documentation, business process analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand current-state processes, document workflows, develop SOPs and work instructions, gather business requirements, and support process improvement and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled at translating complex business activities into clear, actionable process documentation and training materials.
