Administrative Coordinator – Your Job Duties
You will provide administrative and operational support across the business, giving you hands on exposure to multiple departments from Purchasing to Human Resources to Accounting to Construction support.
You will:
- Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, filing and recordkeeping
- Support nursing contract administration, documentation and tracking
- Assist with accounting administration including expenses, receipts, invoicing and recordkeeping
- Support HR administration including onboarding documentation and employee records
- Coordinate schedules, assignments and operational details
- Assist with purchasing, inventory, supplies and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate client, project, vehicle and equipment records
- Support special projects across operations, marketing and other areas of the business
Administrative Coordinator – You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)
You have:
- Strong organization and attention to detail – you are self-directed and create your own structure in a small office
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word – you are comfortable using technology and working in an office environment daily
- Ability to work full time in the office in Rancho Santa Fe
You might have:
- Prior experience providing administrative, office, customer service or operational support
Administrative Coordinator – Benefits for You
Your pay range will be $25 to $29 per hour, depending on your experience.
You will work 100% on site in Rancho Santa Fe. Medical, dental and insurance options are provided with company contribution, along with unlimited time off and a 401k.
Prior to your first day, you will complete a drug test. You will receive an additional hour of pay in your first paycheck to compensate you for the time spent completing the test.
