What You’ll Do Communicate with customers and community members at events and promotional campaigns Represent partner brands and organizations professionally Provide information about products, services, and community programs Build positive relationships through face-to-face communication Support marketing, outreach, and promotional initiatives Assist with event coordination and daily activities Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals Provide professional, customer-focused support What We’re Looking For Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, motivated, and professional Team-oriented and coachable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment No prior experience required — we provide training Experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, marketing, communications, or events is a plus but not required.
