Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Project/Program Manager
Project/Program Manager (Meridian, ID - Onsite)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
· Manage intake and tracking of enhancement and project requests
· Route requests to the appropriate teams, process owners, or backlogs
· Coordinate across multiple business units to ensure alignment and visibility
· Support portfolio management, prioritization, and status tracking
· Collaborate with process, transformation, systems, and automation teams
· Monitor progress and drive timely follow-up on open requests
· Help standardize processes and improve cross-functional collaboration
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Program/project management experience (typically 5-10+ years)
· Strong business analysis and business process improvement skills
· Ability to influence stakeholders and drive actions without direct reporting authority
· Experience managing multiple requests, projects, and competing priorities
· Strong follow-through, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to gather, refine, and document business requirements
· Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency
· Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work management tools
· No software development experience required
