As key leader on our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of youth and families by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower individuals to find their way forward.

Your Role in Our Mission
As the Coach/Supervisor on our High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) team located out of our Greensboro site, you will provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping youth successfully stay "at home, in school and out of trouble". You'll ensure alignment with each family's unique goals through effective team-building, facilitation, and adherence to the Family Plan.

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule primarily business hours, but does include 5pm-8pm to accommodate the family's schedules as needed.
