Shape high‑quality parts. Improve every cycle. Own the process.
At MMI, we design and manufacture solutions in advanced composites and engineered resins for a wide range of industries. We are headquartered in Saline, Michigan with offices in Troy, Warren, and Monterrey, Mexico. Your evening-to-overnight rhythm
Based at our Warren, MI facility, you will be the go‑to expert on C Shift, keeping molding lines running safely and consistently.

What a shift can look like
You arrive ready to lead by example on safety and quality. You prep molds, perform changeovers, and dial in machine settings. When a defect appears, you investigate, run 5 Why, adjust the process, and document what you learned.
