Your evening-to-overnight rhythmBased at our Warren, MI facility, you will be the go‑to expert on C Shift, keeping molding lines running safely and consistently.
You arrive ready to lead by example on safety and quality. You prep molds, perform changeovers, and dial in machine settings. When a defect appears, you investigate, run 5 Why, adjust the process, and document what you learned. You coach Operators, sync with the Shift Supervisor, and loop in Engineering with clear updates—always looking for the next second to shave off cycle time without compromising quality.
