We are looking for a Research Operations Associate to support a UX Research team by managing end-to-end participant recruitment for research studies, with a strong focus on B2B employer participants across sourcing, screening, scheduling, NDAs, and incentive payments. You will lead the migration of the UX research repository to Dovetail, serve as liaison between two research operations teams, coordinate with Legal and Policy on participant compliance, and identify continuous improvements to research operations processes. The role requires 12 years of experience supporting UX teams or coordinating research participants with strong Agile and project management skills.
