Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Avir at Corpus Christi. As an LVN, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients while upholding our organization's mission of Exceptional Care, Compassionate Hearts. This PRN position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients while working closely with our dedicated healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Assess, develop, and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Administer medications, perform vital signs, and provide wound care as needed
Monitor patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and families
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards
