Job description
Service Coordinator Temp-to-Hire Pay:
- $30-$35/ hour Shift: 8:30am-5pm M-F Location: Pasadena, TX 77503 Support our Service organization by coordinating customer appointments, field technicians, sales teams, and third-party service providers.
- The role is highly interactive and requires someone who can effectively balance customer needs, technician availability, and business priorities.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing demands. Key Skills:
- Strong scheduling and coordination experience Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Customer-facing experience Comfortable working with CRM and scheduling systems (Salesforce experience is a plus) Ability to work with urgency and make decisions in a dynamic environment Coordinated field technicians, maintenance personnel, construction crews, installation teams, service technicians, transportation resources, or other mobile workforces.
- Strong candidates will have experience balancing customer requests against operational constraints and negotiating schedules with multiple stakeholders rather than simply managing calendars.
- This role serves as a critical coordination point between customers, technicians, sales teams, and third-party providers. Oil & Gas or industrial background preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially TEAMS and Excel with the ability to quickly learn new software.
- High level of accuracy with data entry and attention to detail.
