This position will assist with receiving, organizing, storing, and moving inventory while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The Warehouse Associate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and available to assist with incoming deliveries and receivables as needed.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries.Be available and prepared to assist with receivables during scheduled delivery times.Verify received products against packing slips, purchase orders, and other documentation.Properly label, stage, and store incoming materials and inventory.Maintain accurate inventory organization and assist with inventory counts as needed.Keep warehouse, storage areas, loading areas, and other facility spaces clean and organized.Regularly sweep, clean, remove trash, and maintain overall facility appearance.Organize products, supplies, equipment, and materials to maximize available space and accessibility.Maintain clear and unobstructed aisles, work areas, exits, and loading areas.Assist with picking, packing, staging, and moving products throughout the facility.Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained and authorized.Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.Report damaged products, facility issues, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to management.Assist with general warehouse and facility tasks as assigned.Maintain a professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach to all responsibilities.QualificationsPrevious warehouse, receiving, inventory, or facility experience preferred.Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, management, vendors, and delivery personnel.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move items weighing up to [XX] pounds.Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.Ability to safely work in a warehouse and loading/unloading environment.Key ExpectationsThe Warehouse Associate is expected to take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and efficient facility and to remain available and responsive to receiving and delivery needs during working hours.We believe in empowering our team, uplifting our community, and setting the standard for excellence.
