Site Manager
Manage day-to-day onsite operations for luxury custom home projects. Oversee ground-up construction and major residential renovation work. Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and project schedules. Maintain the highest standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Drive projects to completion while managing budgets and timelines.
Superintendent experience on custom luxury homes of 10,000+ square feet. Strong background in both ground-up construction and renovations. Proven ability to manage high-end residential projects from start to finish. Stable employment history with strong tenure in previous roles. Deep knowledge of custom home construction, finishes, and client expectations.
Salary: Up to $150,000+ base salary, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. 100% employer-paid healthcare, 401(k) match, and guaranteed annual bonus. $200/month non-taxable gas allowance and 15 PTO days with additional flexibility.
