Job description: *Must be a US Citizen and local to Cincinnati.* Someone with grit who is practical, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems with the resources available. The right person will have a duct tape and paperclips mindset, roll up their sleeves, work effectively with employees at every level, and take ownership through completion. This is not a role for someone who wants to remain behind a desk or manage projects only through outside vendors. Recruiters should look for candidates who can combine sound chemical engineering fundamentals with plant-floor troubleshooting, capital project execution, controls or automation exposure, and a collaborative approach. The preferred candidate has approximately five years of experience and is looking for a company where they can grow long term.
