As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll provide compassionate, resident-centered care by:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility.
Providing personal care while promoting each resident's dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team.
Assisting with vital signs and other care responsibilities as assigned.
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Supporting residents with engagement and daily routines to promote overall well-being.
Working closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide outstanding care.
Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing.
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to assist residents safely with mobility and daily care needs.
